History
We are a growing public accounting firm with a team of qualified and experienced professionals that believes in working hand-in-hand with our clients to provide innovative business solutions customised to their needs. Established in 1991 to provide a full range of quality professional auditing, accounting, taxation and business consulting services to local and international clients, we have developed considerable experience in advising individuals, small and medium-sized enterprises and multinational corporations in diverse industries. The firm is well respected by its peers and has been growing steadily over the years through expansion and strengthening of the business over the past decade.

International Network
As part of our efforts to go global and enhance our services to our international clients, the firm has been admitted as an associated member of the Association De Brecourt (“ADB”), a prominent auditing and business advisory network of accounting firms in Europe. The international network will give each practice increased flexibility and a wide pool of resources and specialties to draw upon. Our Key Management Team

Richard Ho FCPA
Assurance & Advisory Services
Richard, who heads our assurance and advisory services, has more than 18 years’ experience in providing audit, accounting, financial management and business advisory services to multinational companies, public companies, and small and medium-sized enterprises across a wide range of industries.

He has gained extensive experience while managing audits and various assignments in an international Big 4 public accounting firm, and was also a Group Financial Controller of a large local multinational corporation before joining the Firm.

Linda Lau FCPA
Taxation Services
Linda, who heads our taxation and corporate secretarial services, has more than 22 years’ experience in these fields, and specialises in providing tax consulting and advisory services to individuals, organisations, local and multinational corporations in a diverse range of industries.

She worked in an international Big 4 public accounting firm where she gained valuable experience in providing tax compliance, planning and advisory services to corporate and personal tax clients, and was formerly the Senior Taxation Manager of the Standard Chartered Bank group in Singapore.

Linda is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS).
